At Blurred Goods, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

If the item requested is unavailable, an exchange is not possible.
Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll prioritise a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable service, as Blurred Goods is not responsible for lost return parcels.
