Blurred Goods – Return & Exchange Policy

At Blurred Goods, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Sale items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability.

  • If the item requested is unavailable, an exchange is not possible.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll prioritise a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable service, as Blurred Goods is not responsible for lost return parcels.

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return
    We’ll reply with instructions on how to send your item back.
